How does Sanctuary track my steps?
Sanctuary syncs with Apple Health (iOS) or Google Fit (Android) to read your step count. We only access step data — no GPS, heart rate, or other health metrics.
Is Sanctuary free to use?
Yes! Sanctuary is completely free to download and use. There are no hidden fees or premium subscriptions required.
How do rewards work?
As you walk, you earn Flowers by growing your digital garden. Flowers can be redeemed for real rewards from partner brands like vouchers and discounts.
What happens if I don't walk for a day?
No worries! Your garden won't wither. We use a streak system to reward consistency, but missing a day won't penalize your progress.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Profile settings in the app. This will permanently remove all your data including your garden, rewards, and progress.
